Zinsser Wallpaper Cover-Up is an all-in-one, high hiding primer, sealer and stain-block that obliterates wallpaper print with a smooth off-white matt finish. It can be used under any coloured emulsion and prevents the wallpaper from blistering.

Touch dry in 2 hours and recoat after 4 hours. Suitable for all types of wallpaper.
