You can also choose how long an appliance is switched on for eg. electric heaters, fans, electric blankets and lamps. Countdown can be set to one of 7 options: 15 mins, 30 mins and 1/2/4/6/8 hours. The socket will switch off the device/appliance after the countdown time is complete. Simple to use, plugs into any 13A mains socket.
